Reset, Create, and Connect

This nurturing nature- and creative arts-based retreat offers respite from a busy schedule and the energetic demands of being a helping professional.

If you are a therapist, healer, counselor, coach, or community leader seeking to reset the balance between tending to others and yourself, this retreat offers you three days and two nights of nature immersion, creative self-expression, group discussion, movement, and meditative practices.

  • Reset your nervous system with practical tools for reclaiming a sense of calm

  • Create a customized map that aligns with your unique gifts and goals

  • Connect with other like-hearted helping professionals to build community
